Returns & Replacements

At YT Smart Store, we do not offer returns or refunds under normal circumstances. However, a replacement may be provided only if the product is delivered in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must record a clear 360° unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Without an unboxing video as proof, replacement requests will not be accepted.

Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Our team will review your request and, upon verification and approval, assist you with a replacement.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • In such cases, you may choose to reject the order at the time of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund. Such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page or at the time of purchase.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds will only be processed if a replacement is not possible and the request is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in unused condition along with their original packaging.
  • Requests submitted after 3 days from the date of delivery will not be considered.
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
  • YT Smart Store reserves the right to approve or reject any replacement or refund request after verification.
