Order Processing & Delivery

All orders placed on YT Smart Store are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are shipped within 7 days from the date of order and/or payment confirmation.

Once shipped, delivery is typically completed within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability. Delivery timelines are subject to courier company or postal service norms and may vary based on factors beyond our control.

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Delivery confirmation and tracking details will be shared through your registered email address or mobile number.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message or email containing tracking information. Please ensure that your contact details and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays or delivery issues.

Delays in Delivery

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, YT Smart Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching all products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must record a clear 360° unboxing video while opening the package.
  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Replacement requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds under normal circumstances. Replacements are offered only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to verification and approval.

Shipping Charges

Any shipping charges applied at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
